Delivery
We ship most orders within 48 hours, and will notify you promptly of any backorders.
U.S. Orders - All regular U.S. orders are shipped via U.S.Mail FREE. If you would like shipping by U.S. Express Mail (1-3 day delivery), this option can be applied to your order but a fee will be charged.
International Orders - We currently accept orders outside the U.S. from Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan and United Kingdom. Use United Parcel Service (UPS) options for international shipping.
The amounts will be calculated for you when you complete the order information.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from CESARANI, simply return it within 30 days of receipt for a prompt and friendly exchange or refund in the manner instructed below:
1. Please complete the return section of your invoice and include it along with the items being sent back.
2. The full amount of the returned item will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
3. When shipping merchandise back, please wrap the item(s) in a sturdy packaging and secure with strong tape. For your protection, insure it for its value.
4. Return the package prepaid (Sorry, we cannot accept CODs.) via insured mail or UPS.
5. Address your package to: CESARANI Return Department, 301 Sixth Street, Brooklyn, NY, 11215.
